Vacation Planning Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Research destinations and vacation options based on client interests, preferences, and budgets
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel options
• Assist with planning and coordinating vacation arrangements
• Research activities, excursions, transportation, and destination experiences
• Help organize itineraries and important trip details
• Communicate with clients throughout the vacation planning process
• Assist with reservation details, updates, and travel documentation
• Maintain organized client and booking information
• Stay informed about destinations, travel products, and available supplier resources

No Previous Travel Experience Required Previous vacation planning or travel industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are available to help you learn travel research, reservation processes, supplier resources, destination planning, and client service.
