Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with JasperReports Studio and Jaspersoft.
- Expertise in designing and developing complex JRXML reports.
- Strong experience in report optimization and performance tuning.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Experience with Java, JDBC, and report integration within enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and report deployment mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
