Google Workspace AI Testing (Small & Medium Business Owners)

Job Title: Google Workspace AI Testing & Feedback Contributor (Part-Time | Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to support the improvement of Google Workspace AI-powered products. This is a light, ongoing engagement where you will perform simple tasks, follow structured instructions, and provide required outputs (e.g., screenshots) to support product testing and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow step-by-step instructions to enable and test Google Workspace AI features
• Perform assigned tasks accurately within the given timeline
• Capture and submit clear screenshots as per guidelines
• Ensure all required settings and actions are properly completed
• Participate consistently throughout the project duration

Work Schedule:

• Hours: 2–3 hours per week
• Task Delivery: 2 tasks per week
• Project Duration: Up to 3 months (ongoing)

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must have access to either:
• A domain-based Gmail account (SMB / Google Workspace Admin access preferred)
• Basic understanding of Gmail and Google Workspace
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and submit accurate outputs

Task Instructions Overview:

For Domain Gmail Accounts (SMB):

1. Log into your domain Gmail account
2. Go to: https://admin.google.com
3. Click on Generative AI
4. Select Gemini for Workspace
5. Enable Alpha Features and click Save
6. Click your profile picture so your email address is visible and take a screenshot

Important Note:

• Ensure the Save button is clearly visible in your screenshot submissions
