Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the architecture, design, and development of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will own the delivery of high-performance custom code, critical system integrations, and scalable platform solutions. You will champion coding standards, mentor junior team members, and bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Design Architect scalable, maintainable solutions utilizing optimal platform capabilities.
  • Custom Development Build complex custom applications using Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and JavaScript .
  • API Integration Design and implement secure REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with ERPs and external systems.
  • DevOps Leadership Govern version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and SFDX .
  • Technical Governance Enforce strict code quality metrics, govern platform limits, and oversee test class coverage.
  • Team Mentorship Review team code, resolve complex technical blockers, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Core Languages Expert proficiency in Apex , JavaScript , SOQL/SOSL , HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Frameworks Extensive experience building custom interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Data Modeling Strong understanding of relational databases, complex data schemas, and large data volumes (LDV).
  • Automation Mastery Deep expertise in combining programmatic development with advanced declarative tools like Salesforce Flows .
