We are a fee-for-service restorative and specialty dental practice seeking an exceptional, mentally strong dental assistant to work directly with the Owner, Founder, and CEO of the practice.

This is not a traditional dental assisting role.

This position requires high emotional intelligence, personal accountability, cultural maturity, and resilience. Technical skill matters — but character, mindset, and alignment with a strong office culture matter more.

Clinical Expectations

You bring strong experience or the capacity to quickly master:

• Restorative, aesthetic/cosmetic, and implant dentistry
• Digital radiography and CBCT imaging
• Dental materials, workflows, and sequencing
• Clinical photography at a high standard
• Practice management software and modern dental technology
• Thoughtful contribution to treatment planning discussions

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays
• Hours: 32–45 per week
• Compensation: Commensurate with experience and maturity
