The Role Mobile development is changing rapidly with AI-assisted and agent-based development workflows. At Jetpac, we expect engineers to use these tools as a core part of how they build software. As a Mobile Engineer, you will build and scale Jetpac’s Android and iOS applications using React Native, while owning features end-to-end from product and UX understanding through development, testing, release, and iteration.

What You’ll Do & Core Areas

• Build and ship Android and iOS features using React Native
• Own features end-to-end: understand the problem, shape the solution with the team, build, test, release, and iterate
• Use AI-assisted and agent-based development workflows across coding, debugging, testing, and code review
• Work closely with Product and Design to build simple, polished mobile experiences
• Write and maintain automated tests, and use AI-assisted testing workflows to improve product quality
• Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and UX issues
• Improve existing features based on product data, user feedback, and production insights
• Work closely with backend engineers to build reliable end-to-end experiences

Required Skills And Experience

• 2–3 years of professional mobile software development experience
• Strong experience building production applications with React Native
• Experience shipping and maintaining both Android and iOS applications
• Experience with mobile APIs, state management, navigation, and native device capabilities
• Strong understanding of mobile performance, debugging, and automated testing
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend services
