BUILD WITH US
At Vantage, we’re building something from the ground up – and in an early-stage startup, every hour matters. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who is far more than an exceptional organizer. You’re an operator and strategic partner who designs the operating rhythm around our Founder & CEO—creating the structure, systems, and leverage that enable him to think, work, and perform at his highest level.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner to our Founder & CEO while also supporting our COO/CFO, ensuring priorities stay aligned, commitments become completed outcomes, and the business continues moving forward with speed and precision. You’ll drive the day-to-day execution of executive operations – from complex scheduling, travel, and communications to cross-functional coordination, follow-through, and the countless details that determine whether a startup scales efficiently or stalls.
Above all, you understand that exceptional client experiences and trusted relationships are at the heart of this business. You approach every interaction with discretion, professionalism, and care. If you’re driven, hungry, and excited by the opportunity to help build a company from its earliest days, you’ll thrive at Vantage.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR VANTAGE IF…
- You thrive supporting founders and senior executives in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments where priorities shift quickly.
- You have experience supporting board meetings, investor relations, or executives who regularly interact with investors. Experience in venture capital, private equity, financial services, or B2B SaaS is highly valued.
- You naturally think like an owner. You anticipate what’s next, solve problems before they surface, and create clarity in fast-moving environments.
- You have relentless attention to detail. You’re the person who catches the wrong time zone, the double-booked meeting, the misspelled name, or the typo before anyone else.
- You have exceptional judgment and emotional intelligence. You build trust quickly, communicate with discretion, and handle confidential information with care.
- You stay calm under pressure. When priorities shift, you adapt quickly, solve problems, and move forward without creating unnecessary stress.
- You think three steps ahead and take ownership. You identify roadblocks early, build structures where none exists, and follow through without being asked.
- You’re naturally curious about technology and AI. You enjoy learning new tools and instinctively look for opportunities to automate repetitive work while using sound judgment about what should remain human.
- You communicate clearly and efficiently. You’re comfortable drafting polished communications in your executive’s voice.
- You understand that every interaction reflects on the company. You represent Vantage with professionalism, responsiveness, discretion, and care.
- You have 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally within a startup or high-growth technology company. (Strongly preferred)
