Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indiana, PA, responsible for overseeing custom building and remodeling projects from planning through completion. Daily tasks include coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and aligning resources to ensure that projects stay on time and within scope. The Project Manager will communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify requirements, address issues, and maintain strong working relationships. The role involves monitoring job site progress, ensuring work quality and safety standards, and resolving logistical or scheduling conflicts as they arise. The Project Manager will also prepare project documentation, track key milestones, and provide status updates to leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including Project Management and Inspection, to plan, oversee, and verify the quality of construction and remodeling work.
• Expeditor and Expediting skills to coordinate materials, permits, and approvals efficiently and reduce delays.
• Logistics Management skills to organize labor, equipment, and supplies across multiple job sites and timelines.
• Experience in residential or commercial construction, remodeling, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and professional communication skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Proficiency with basic office and project management software; experience with construction management tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or a degree in construction management or a related discipline is beneficial.
• Capability to work on-site, including routine visits to job locations and adherence to safety practices.
