Executive Assistant

• Are you an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) who excels at anticipating needs and thinking ahead? Do you value attention to detail and enjoy supporting a highly engaged team? Veeam Software is looking for an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated professional to partner directly with our Head of Global Products and Technology, as well as contribute to an outstanding in-office experience at our newest location in San Jose, CA
• Provide support at all levels, identify gaps, and develop or implement solutions to enhance team success
• Proactively coordinate with the leadership team and other EA’s to plan and organize company-wide events, activities, and manage calendars
• Manage complex calendars and schedules for senior leadership across multiple time zones, ensuring diplomacy, professionalism, and discretion at all times
• Organize, prioritize, and securely handle time-sensitive and confidential information, ensuring timely action is taken as required
• Collaborate and communicate across functions within the organization
• Proactively manage travel logistics, expense reports, and other administrative needs within designated timeframes
• Work with the EA team to coordinate onsite meals, events, and employee activities, and ensure the office is well-stocked with kitchen and office supplies
• Partner with office manager as needed
• Maintain a positive attitude, strong integrity, and a solid work ethic in all aspects of the role
• Prioritize the inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives for executives

• Must reside in the Bay Area. This position is primarily onsite in San Jose, CA with limited flexibility for remote work
