Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega PRPC solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to Pega PRPC implementation.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for Pega PRPC development.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in developing Pega PRPC applications.
- CCSA certification or equivalent experience working with Pega Platform.
- Strong understanding of CSSA (Customer Service Studio) concepts and principles.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
