Optimize high-cost SQL statements. Tune joins subqueries aggregation and sorting operations.

Improve response times through indexing strategies.

Resolve locking blocking and deadlock issues. Tune PL/SQL code using bulk processing techniques.

Gather and maintain optimizer statistics using DBMS_STATS.

Diagnose CPU Memory and I/O bottlenecks.
