Job Description

is seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of AI-powered experiences using Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI technologies. This individual will partner closely with the Head of AI, business stakeholders, and conference leadership teams to engineer high-impact prompts, workflows, and AI assistants that enhance sales enablement, knowledge sharing, and attendee engagement at major sales conferences and events.

Required Skills & Experience

• experience in AI, data, analytics, software engineering, or emerging technology roles.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Copilot
• Azure Open AI
• ChatGPT or similar LLM platforms
• Prompt engineering methodologies
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt design, and conversational AI.
• Experience translating business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within banking, financial services, or commercial banking environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, M365 ecosystem, and Azure AI services.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience supporting executive presentations, large-scale events, or sales conferences.
