Executive Assistant to Founder – LoVoi Fine Jewelry Brand

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a high-growth, ultra-luxury fine jewelry house seeking a sharp, discreet Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO directly. This is a rare opportunity to work at the center of a fast-moving luxury brand, with visibility across operations, partnerships, legal, finance, and production. You will be the person who keeps the Founder’s world organized so they can focus on design and vision. This role has real room to grow for the right person, with the potential to expand into broader responsibilities as the house scales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox, and daily priorities
• Handle administrative coordination and vendor follow-up
• Track deadlines across legal, finance, and production
• Prepare, organize, and file documents
• Coordinate travel, appointments, and meetings
• Anticipate needs before they become urgent
• Manage and maintain our Shopify store — product listings, images, inventory, pricing updates, and order flow

WHO YOU ARE

• Exceptionally organized and detail-obsessed
• Discreet and trustworthy with highly sensitive information
• Calm and composed under pressure
• A strong writer and clear communicator
• Highly proficient in Shopify — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. You should be comfortable building and editing product pages, managing collections and inventory, and troubleshooting the store without hand-holding
• Tech-comfortable more broadly; Excel and QuickBooks a plus
• Genuinely excited by luxury, design, and building something from the ground up

INTERVIEW PROCESS

First interview will be conducted on Zoom. Second interview will be in person. No exceptions.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Monday through Thursday for the first month, moving to a full five-day week in the second month.

$45 to $55 per hour, commensurate with experience, with a ninety-day performance review and the potential for an increase based on performance.

In-office, Los Angeles area.
