Position Title Microsoft Copilot Agent Developer / Senior Copilot Agent Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft 365 Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 extensibility frameworks.

• Build conversational AI experiences, agent instructions, orchestration logic, custom topics, and fallback/escalation flows.

• Configure knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365 content repositories, Dataverse, and enterprise systems.

• Implement prompt engineering and grounding strategies for accurate, contextual, and role-appropriate responses.

Preferred Skills

• Generative AI and LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, evaluation, RAG, and agentic AI architectures.

• Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, and enterprise AI platform engineering exposure.

• Vector search concepts, knowledge indexing, semantic search, and data grounding patterns.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and enterprise release governance.

• Experience in BFSI, healthcare, telecom, or other regulated enterprise environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.

• Microsoft certifications preferred: Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
