Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing a high-frequency trading platform, which includes collecting quotes and trades from and disseminating orders to exchanges around the world

  • Optimizing this platform by using network and systems programming, as well as other advanced techniques to minimize latency

  • Analyzing system throughput and latency performance and building performance-tracking tools

  • Shaping the future of the Core Engineering team through regular interviewing

Qualifications

  • A degree in computer science or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in a software engineering role

  • A strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin

  • Working knowledge of Linux

  • Experience in statistical analysis of performance and other datasets (a plus)

  • Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure (a plus)
