Part-Time Real Estate Marketing & Operations Coordinator

**Orange County, CA 20–25 hours/week $30–$35/hour**

Established Orange County real estate business is looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Marketing & Operations Coordinator. Real Estate License NOT required.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety. Some days may involve social media and Canva; others may include meeting contractors at a listing, coordinating a photographer, checking on a property, preparing an open house, or helping with a marketing campaign.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, follow through, and help keep the business organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate listing marketing and property preparation
• Meet contractors, photographers, cleaners, stagers, and other vendors at properties
• Help manage Instagram, Facebook, and social media content
• Create flyers, postcards, and marketing pieces in Canva
• Assist with Reels, short-form video, and iPhone content
• Prepare listings and open houses
• Help with client mailings, neighborhood marketing, and events
• Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and project checklists
• Handle occasional errands and general business support
• Follow up with vendors and make sure projects get completed

• Proactive and comfortable working independently
• Friendly and professional with clients and vendors
• Comfortable with social media and technology
• Able to manage multiple projects at once
• Willing to work both from a computer and out in the field
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout Orange County

Experience with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, video editing, marketing, real estate, or project coordination is a plus, but real estate experience is not required.

The position is approximately 20–25 hours per week, primarily weekdays, with some flexibility depending on listing and vendor appointments.

There is an opportunity for the role to grow over time for the right person.
