WHAT WE’RE BUILDING

Wonder Sciences is developing an AI-native clinical operating system for mental healthcare — combining precision diagnostics, personalized treatment planning, and AI pharmacology into a single platform that helps providers actually coordinate care. Our flagship products, WondermedAI™ and WonderMate™, are live in pilot and pursuing FDA clearance as Software as a Medical Device, built on a patent-pending architecture with no real equivalent in the market.

NOV 2025 — Wonder Summit: 190 researchers, clinicians & policymakers. Antarctica.

JAN 2026 — Provider pilot launched at J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference.

FEB 2026 — WonderMate™ launched at VIVE.

THE ROLE

Ryan Magnussen, our Founder & CEO, needs a right hand who can keep him focused on building. This is not a gatekeeper role. It’s a ground-floor operator role — and the floor is moving.

You’ll sit in on conversations most people spend a decade earning access to. You’ll see how a founder thinks, prioritizes, and makes decisions under pressure. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility from week one.

• Own Ryan’s calendar across investors, clinical partners, researchers, and the internal team
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel
• Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups
• Sit in on high-level conversations and capture decisions and next steps
• Manage inbound communications and surface what matters most
• Support the Wonder Summit and other company events
• Partner with the Chief of Staff on operations and special projects
• Bring structure to situations that don’t have it yet

WHO YOU ARE

You don’t need a healthcare background. You don’t need startup experience. You need to be the kind of person who figures things out.

Recent graduate or 0–2 years out of school. Obsessively organized — you have a system for everything. Fast, proactive, and responsive without being told twice. A strong writer and communicator. Calm when things move quickly. Discreet with things that matter. Genuinely curious about AI, mental health, or what it takes to build a company.
