AI Agent Developer

We are seeking a high-caliber, outcomes-driven AI Agent Developer to lead the architecture, creation, and deployment of enterprise-grade, autonomous agentic systems for 3 positions in multiple levels.

Responsibilities

● Agentic Systems Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy production-ready autonomous AI agents using Snowflake Cortex AI to automate complex workflows.

● Product-Mindset Feature Delivery: Own the end-to-end technical implementation of agentic features with a firm focus on exceptional product quality, long-term scalability, and measurable business value.

● Member Interaction: Implement robust multi-agent patterns (e.g., planners, executors, validators) across varied communication channels—including web, mobile, voice, and digital portals—to proactively minimize inbound phone volume.

● Actionable Insight Generation: Collaborate closely with the AI analytics team to process advanced predictive analytics and root cause analysis (RCA), translating deep insights into immediate, automated agent actions.

● Proactive Advocacy & Recovery: Build agent workflows that identify repeatedly occurring detractors, trigger automated service recovery protocols, and deliver proactive outreach to members, associates, and subject matter experts (SMEs).

● System Performance & Value Optimization: Build continuous evaluation pipelines to systematically monitor key operational metrics, including containment, adoption, engagement, effectiveness, and overall customer experience.

Required Technical & Platform Skills

● Core Languages & Analytics: Expert-level Python (including advanced NLP, asynchronous programming, and data engineering) and SQL.

● AI Platform Specialization: Proven, hands-on experience building and operationalizing models within Snowflake Cortex AI.

● Large Language Models (LLMs): Deep expertise in integrating advanced foundational models like Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and custom Python AI models via cloud environments (AWS DevOps).

● Data & Analytics Ecosystem: Strong familiarity working with Snowflake, NoSQL databases, Tableau, and behavioral/experience analytics platforms (e.g., Quantum Metric, Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, or Medallia).

● Agent Frameworks: Practical mastery of graph-based and state-managed agent orchestration tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or PydanticAI).

Qualifications

● Experience: 12+ years of professional software development and systems engineering experience.

● Domain Specialization: 6+ years of exclusive experience in omnichannel intelligence and analytics, alongside 3+ years directly engineering and deploying traditional, conventional, and agentic AI systems in production.

● Product Mindset & Accountability: Demonstrated history of practicing a strong product mindset, focusing hyper-critically on outcomes over output, and taking strict accountability for driving committed features to production.

● Proactive Culture Driver: Proven capability to champion a proactive engineering culture, diligently handling organizational detractors, managing dependencies across teams, and eliminating noise to maintain technical focus.

● Leadership & Communication: High-impact storytelling and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical agentic AI strategies, architectures, and business metrics to executive leadership and HR partners.
