Job Description

**Please only apply if you have most recently supported a CEO within the Financial Services sector**

I am working exclusively with a leading alternative asset management firm in London to recruit a discreet, highly organised EA to provide senior-level support to the CEO. This is a confidential, high-touch role combining traditional C-suite EA responsibilities with personal and household support. The position requires exceptional judgement, flexibility and the ability to operate with absolute discretion.

Professional EA Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritise meetings and gatekeep effectively.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, draft and proofread correspondence.
  • Prepare briefing materials, board packs and meeting notes; manage follow-ups.
  • Organise complex international travel and logistics, including visas and itineraries.
  • Liaise with senior leadership, investors and external advisors on behalf of the CEO.
  • Oversee confidential projects and ad hoc business tasks as required.

Personal and Household Responsibilities

  • Coordinate family logistics including children’s schedules, school events and birthday parties.
  • Arrange and manage household services and vendors; oversee occasional household projects.
  • Provide personal support for the CEO’s spouse as required (event planning, appointments, travel coordination).
  • Manage personal shopping, gifting and special requests with discretion.
  • Be available for occasional weekend or out-of-hours duties and urgent family needs.

Experience

  • 5+ years supporting a CEO (most recently within financial services).
  • Experience within alternative asset management, private credit or related investment environments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience combining professional EA duties with personal/household support is essential

Compensation and Benefits

  • £80,000-£90,000
  • Discretionary bonus and benefits package
  • 5 days on-site in central London office

Please note: occasional weekend work will be required.
