Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Repetitive Task Accuracy: Proven ability to maintain sustained accuracy, quality, and speed when completing repetitive administrative and data-entry tasks.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Work Arrangement: 100% remote capacity with a requirement of 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri. Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or overtime if business demands dictate.

Desired Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (such as running VLOOKUPs and organizing pivot tables).
  • Clinical Familiarity: Prior experience or working knowledge of medical coding and medical terminology is highly preferred.
  • Interest in HR: A demonstrated interest in human resources, payroll administration, or healthcare compliance systems.
