Job Description
Premier, global hedge fund is seeking a well-educated, confident, and highly professional Senior Executive Assistant to support one of the firms’ top executives.
Act as a professional and committed gatekeeper and partner. Manage intricate calendaring, organize board meetings, prepare meeting materials, manage schedules and correspond with high profile dignitaries and executives. Devise memos, letters, and correspondence. Organize domestic & international travel. Organize high profile galas and events.
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Concur.
Bachelors’ degree, with impressive academic credentials required.
Must have 8+ years of consistent experience supporting a chairman level executive out of a highly regarded, fast paced investment firm, and possess poise, polish and the highest level of professionalism.
