Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies for dealer network development, distribution expansion, and market penetration in the automobile industry.
- Identify new business opportunities through dealer relationships, partnerships, and market research to drive growth.
- Manage a team of professionals responsible for territory development, sales performance monitoring, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on product offerings and pricing.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in channel development, dealer development, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in expanding dealer networks or distributing products through multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of the automobile industry dynamics including market trends, competitors’ activities, and regulatory requirements.
