Position: Executive Assistant
We’re looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to assist our management team with daily operations, cross-department communication, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track project progress across departments
- Coordinate internal communication and prepare meeting notes and reports
- Participate in restaurant visits and monitor execution quality
- Support ad-hoc projects and special initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, communication, or Management preferred)
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Language: English required, Spanish and Chinese preferred
