Job Description

Configure and support RSA Archer platform, gather business and technical requirements, design API-based integrations, manage user roles and access permissions, and develop operational workflows.

Work on low-code solutions, application support, performance monitoring, automation of manual processes, testing, change management, and system maintenance.

Collaborate with business, IT, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver technical solutions.
