Job Description
Role Overview Seeking a full-time virtual medical provider to deliver evidence-based primary care through tele-health modalities, including video, phone, and email consultations. Responsibilities include patient triage, treatment, and ongoing collaboration with virtual and in-office team members, utilizing clinical expertise to provide exceptional care.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program and active NCCPA certification.
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care experience seeing patients of all ages within the past 5 years.
- Current NY state licensure with ability to obtain additional licenses.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills, with a passion for human-centered primary care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
