AI CoE Lead

Job Description Key Responsibilities :

• Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI architectures.
• Define technical solutions for scalable and secure AI applications.
• Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Design cloud-based AI solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, developers, and business teams.
• Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, security, and scalability.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and participate in architecture/design reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technology roles.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar GenAI platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade GenAI applications.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and AI agents.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Cloud/AI certifications are an added advantage.
