Personal/Executive Assistant & Chauffeur

Responsibilities：

Driving Services:

• Provide personal commuting and private transportation for the boss
• Plan and optimize routes
• Perform basic vehicle upkeep and maintenance

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Liaise with private vendors for home renovation, repairs, housekeeping, and other household services
• Communicate and coordinate in English, and follow up on project progress
• Handle personal errands such as shopping, document delivery, and other miscellaneous tasks

Reception Support:

• Arrange pick-up and drop-off for the boss’s visiting guests and attend to other ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives, business owners or high-profile individuals.
• Valid California Driver License with an excellent driving record.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented, professional, and service-focused, with sound judgment and strict confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Environment

• Work schedule may vary based on the executive’s business needs and priorities. Flexibility is expected.
• This is a full-time, exempt position and is expected to exercise independent judgment and discretion in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
