Position Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Senior Director of College & Career Readiness is a highly organized, proactive, and dependable professional who serves as the operational backbone for the Senior Director. Data Entry & Tracking Systems
Support the Senior Director’s data-heavy portfolio by maintaining accurate, up-to-date tracking systems across CCR programming, compliance, and student progress.

- Update and maintain junior and senior academic tracking spreadsheets — capturing credit status, Regents history, CDOS progress, and postsecondary milestones — as directed by the Senior Director
- Input and track student CDOS documentation — Career Plans, Work-Based Learning logs, Employability Profiles, WorkKeys scores — ensuring records are current and audit-ready
- Enter Credit Recovery enrollment, progress, and completion data in Edgenuity; flag discrepancies or gaps to the Senior Director for follow-up
- Compile raw data for CCR reports and presentations as directed, pulling from multiple sources and formatting for clarity
- Monitor data deadlines across state and local systems and alert the Senior Director in advance of submission windows
