Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and cloud-based AI services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, prompt engineering, vector databases, and enterprise-scale AI solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, solution architects, and engineering teams to build innovative GenAI solutions that drive automation, productivity, and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or other LLM platforms.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Create prompt engineering strategies and optimize prompts for accuracy, relevance, and performance.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
• Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models where applicable.
• Implement model monitoring, guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build knowledge repositories and document processing pipelines.
• Conduct performance testing, model evaluation, and continuous optimization.
• Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Data & AI Skills

• Experience with NLP, text processing, and document intelligence solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure AI certifications.
