Job Title : Principal Network Engineer
Job Location: Chicago, IL OE NYC OR Kansas (4 Days onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Network Engineer with a strong background in fintech, high-frequency trading (HFT), or other ultra-low-latency environments . This role will focus on designing, optimizing, testing, and troubleshooting high-performance network infrastructure where speed, reliability, and deterministic performance are critical.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-frequency trading or ultra-low-latency trading platforms .
- Experience with low-latency Ethernet, high-speed switching, and performance-sensitive network designs .
- Experience with network telemetry, packet analysis, and performance monitoring tools.
- Experience conducting hardware benchmarking and vendor proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Knowledge of modern data center networking architectures and high-speed connectivity.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the $170k/Annum to $190k/Annum with Benefits for this position.
