Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant

Duties

• Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital channels, including social media marketing, newsletter marketing, and content marketing
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools, tracking open rates, click-throughs, and conversions to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Assist in product management tasks by preparing presentations, managing budgets for advertising campaigns, and supporting cross-functional teams with copywriting and creative assets.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, coordinating events, and maintaining organized records of all marketing activities
• Provide additional support to the Company’s CEO, including personal tasks and errands

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.
• Strong research skills combined with excellent copywriting abilities for creating compelling content tailored to target audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
