- Experience in Lending / Financial Services domain
- Understanding of Mid-Office / Lending processes
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Proactive decision-making and ability to work independently

A hands-on developer who can work independently, interact directly with clients, understand business requirements, and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform .
