Job Description

• Develop and customize applications using the Workday Extend platform.
• Design, build, and maintain REST and SOAP web services for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, enhance, and upgrade existing applications and integrations.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, documentation, and application development.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday Extend features and web service technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Workday Extend applications to meet business requirements.
• Create and consume REST and SOAP APIs for data exchange and system integrations.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Monitor application performance and implement necessary optimizations.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Workday Extend and web services .
• Document development processes, configurations, integrations, and API specifications.
