Legal AI Solutions Lead
📍 Hybrid | New York, NY and other East Coast / Central offices (VA, DC, NC, PA)
💰 $120K-$180K base, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
🤖 Legal AI | Harvey | AI Workflows | Legal Innovation
I’m working with a leading US law firm that is expanding its AI & Innovation team and hiring two Legal AI Solutions Leads.
The firm has already deployed Harvey AI firmwide and is now moving beyond basic AI chat into workflow optimization, tailored AI use cases, integrations and adoption.
The Role
You’ll sit between legal, AI and IT, working directly with attorneys to identify problems and turn them into practical AI solutions.
• Map legal workflows and identify AI opportunities
• Build tailored AI workflows, agents and use cases
• Work with IT and vendors on integrations and technical challenges
• Support prompt engineering and API-related work
• Lead AI pilots, testing and implementation
• Create training and adoption content for attorneys and practice groups
• Evaluate emerging legal AI tools and contribute to firmwide AI strategy
• Help expand the firm’s AI capability into client-facing advisory work
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years working in a law firm or legal environment
• 2+ years of meaningful AI experience
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and attorney needs
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technology solutions
• Comfortable working with IT teams, vendors and senior legal stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
Harvey, CoCounsel, prompt engineering, APIs/integrations or low-code/no-code experience are all valuable, but Harvey isn’t a requirement.
A JD is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
