🔥 Middle AI Engineer | GenAI & LLM | onsite HCM

Job Description:

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models (NLP, CV, predictive analytics, LLMs depending on project needs).
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions .
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Deploy and maintain models in production using MLOps tools and frameworks .
• Perform model monitoring , retraining, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and efficient processing.
• Document architecture, workflows, and model specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering , or related field.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling .
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python , and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn .
• Experience working with data pipelines , API integration, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) , prompt engineering, or fine-tuning models.
• Hands-on expertise in NLP, computer vision , or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
• Prior experience deploying AI systems into production-scale environments .
• Certifications in cloud, ML, or AI technologies.
