Fanchize is building the future of sports fandom through fan identity, loyalty systems, collectibles, gamification, social engagement, and AI-driven experiences.

We are looking for highly capable engineers who want to help build a next-generation sports and social platform from the ground up alongside an ambitious founding team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale core platform features across mobile and web

• Build clean, scalable frontend and backend systems

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams

• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and usability

• Assist in improving architecture, workflows, and product scalability

• Participate in product discussions and feature planning

• Help create scalable systems for engagement, social interaction, collectibles, and fan experiences

• Contribute to improving engineering processes and development velocity

Requirements

• Strong experience with React Native and/or MERN stack development

• Experience building consumer-facing applications

• Strong understanding of scalable frontend/backend architecture

• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services

• Ability to work independently and move quickly in startup environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Product-minded thinking beyond just engineering execution

Preferred Experience

• Social media or community platforms

• Gaming or gamification systems

• Marketplace platforms

• Sports technology or fan engagement products

• AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, Codex, etc.)

• Real-time systems, notifications, media, or engagement tools
