Eligibility

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Presales, Cloud Solutions Engineering, Systems Integration or closely related areas.
• Cloud Certification is must.

Qualification :- Graduation (B.tech/B.E) & BCA

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer/partner technical requirements and design appropriate cloud solution environments.
• Analyze existing customer infrastructure and develop future-state cloud architecture.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Conduct technical discussions, solution presentations, validations and demonstrations where required.
• Identify, document and appropriately escalate customer issues and technical trends.
• Maintain strong product and cloud technology knowledge through continuous learning and training.
• Achieve assigned Sales, Quality and Productivity metrics and daily/monthly targets.
• Manage multiple customer engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Cloud Computing and Cloud Solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Technical Presales / Cloud Solutions Engineering / Systems Integration.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture and Cloud Migration.
• Experience in customer-facing technical discussions and requirement gathering.
• Ability to understand existing infrastructure and recommend future-state cloud solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
