Job Description

Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with a leading UK charity that works to increase the flow of philanthropic funding to charities, not-for-profits and social enterprises around the world. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Board Administrator to join its growing and entrepreneurial team.

This is a varied opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders and has strong Board governance experience. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Deputy CEO, while also playing a key role in the effective administration of the organisation’s Board and Committees. You will manage senior diaries, meetings and travel, prepare papers and presentations, handle confidential information and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

You will also coordinate the full Board and Committee meeting cycle, including scheduling, meeting logistics and Board packs, attending meetings, producing accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion. Alongside this, you will support Foundation Boards, shared inboxes, governance and compliance activity, and a range of executive projects.
