Duties

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring user needs are prioritized throughout the design process
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Zeplin to visualize concepts clearly and effectively
• Design responsive web interfaces that adapt seamlessly across devices using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, and other front-end technologies
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design improvements and enhance user satisfaction
• Create data visualizations and information architecture that communicate complex data clearly using tools such as Visio or Adobe Illustrator
• Apply best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and design patterns to ensure intuitive navigation and engaging user experiences
• Collaborate on the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), ensuring designs align with technical specifications and development workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital design excellence across web applications
• Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Redux, and APIs integration
• Expertise in UX methodologies such as wireframing, requirements gathering, user research, usability testing, and analysis skills
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, InVision, Balsamiq, Axure, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe After Effects, Zeplin and Visio
• Knowledge of data analysis skills using SQL or Google Analytics to inform design decisions based on user behavior data
• Experience working within SDLC frameworks and Agile methodologies such as Jira or SharePoint for project management
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and accessibility standards to ensure inclusive user experiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers (), product managers (), and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
