EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:

Associate that refers a candidate who is subsequently hired and remains employed at Waynsys Inc for 90 days are eligible for a referral bonus payment in an amount designated by the policy. Any employee on Waynsys Inc payroll can participate with the exception of Waynsys Inc executive staff, employees in the Human Resources Department, and direct or indirect supervisors of the designated job opening or any employee involved in the hiring process. For US positions the bonus amount is $500. Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the bonus. You will receive your bonus after the new employee has worked 3 months. Both you and the new employee must be employed by Waynsys Inc at the time of the bonus payment.

All regular full-time and part time associates are eligible to participate in this program with the following exceptions:

The referral submission must be sent before any interview and completion of the candidate’s application; If two associates refer the same person, the referral bonus will be awarded to the associate named on the candidate profile; We reserve the right to amend or terminate the referral bonus program for any reason at any time and without notice.
