Figma Designer (Product Design)

Were looking for a Figma Designer who can translate complex financial product requirements into clean, scalable, production-ready web application interfaces. This role focuses almost entirely on desktop and web-based enterprise software, with minimal mobile design work involved.

You will work closely with product managers and engineers to design financial platforms with heavy usage of tables, grids, charts, dashboards, reporting systems, and structured data workflows.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and heavy daily use of AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality UI/UX experiences for complex web applications and enterprise financial platforms
• Create interfaces centered around large datasets, financial metrics, grids, tables, charts, filters, and reporting systems
• Build scalable design systems and reusable Figma components optimized for desktop/web environments
• Design intuitive workflows for information-dense applications and operational tools
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Use AI tools extensively for interface generation, UX exploration, design iteration, documentation, and productivity optimization
• Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure implementation accuracy and consistency
• Support frontend developers during implementation, QA, and refinement stages
• Optimize interfaces for usability, readability, operational speed, and data clarity
• Participate in product reviews, usability discussions, and iterative improvement processes
• Participate in daily evening calls with US-based product managers and stakeholders for coordination, planning, and alignment

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems, and Advanced Prototyping
• Mandatory high-level usage of AI tools within the design workflow
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, v0, Relume, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent AI platforms
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are required
• Comfortable working with teams in US time zones and participating in daily evening meetings
• Strong experience designing modern web applications, dashboards, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software
• Ability to design highly usable table-heavy and data-heavy interfaces
• Strong understanding of grids, layout systems, typography hierarchy, filtering systems, and financial/data visualization UX
• Strong understanding of reusable component-based design systems
• Understanding of how UI components are reused and structured in frontend codebases
• Ability to design scalable and consistent interfaces with engineering implementation in mind
• Experience collaborating closely with frontend developers during implementation and design QA
• Understanding of component states, variants, interactions, and scalable design architecture
• Portfolio demonstrating structured, modern product design work for desktop/web applications
• Experience working within agile product teams
• Familiarity with frontend implementation constraints and developer handoff workflows
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and interface logic

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, accounting systems, analytics tools, banking software, or ERP products
• Experience designing advanced charting, reporting, and operational dashboard interfaces
• Familiarity with enterprise UX patterns and workflow optimization
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and modern frontend systems
• Experience building AI-native product experiences
