Role Description The AI Engagement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, responsible for leading client-facing AI initiatives from concept through delivery. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand business challenges, framing AI use cases, and translating requirements into actionable project plans. The AI Engagement Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines, oversees project execution, and ensures that AI solutions meet technical standards and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, analyzing data and performance metrics, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams. The role also includes identifying new opportunities for AI-driven value, advising clients on adoption strategies, and contributing to continuous improvement of AI engagement methodologies and best practices.

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess AI use cases, and evaluate solution effectiveness.
• Candidates should possess program management and project management skills to plan, organize, and deliver AI initiatives on time and within scope.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and consulting skills to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, present findings, and build trusted relationships.
• Candidates should possess experience working in technology-driven environments, ideally with exposure to AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects.
• Relevant academic background in business, technology, engineering, data science, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Kuala Lumpur, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and commitment to ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
