We are looking for a brilliant, seasoned, and elite C-Level Executive Assistant / Operations Specialist who has already run the gauntlet at major sports networks, live event promotional companies, entertainment agencies, or professional leagues. If you are “retired,” but your operational mind is still moving at 100 MPH, and you want to lock arms with a visionary founder to build a 10-figure global asset class from the ground floor, this is your legacy play.

Proven Responsibilities You Will Own:

• Executive Air Traffic Control: Serve as the strategic gatekeeper and right-hand operational force to the Founder & CEO, managing critical institutional investor communications, scheduling, and strategic follow-ups.
• Live Event & Production Synchronization: Interface confidently with sports complex executives, festival production vendors, and television/media distribution crews to keep our 6-team inaugural West Coast tour deployment on schedule.
• Investor Pipeline Management: Oversee and clean data pipelines generated by our autonomous AI prospecting systems, ensuring high-net-worth individuals, private equity firms, and broker-dealers receive flawless, high-touch follow-up materials.
• Deal Flow Coordination: Organize and prepare high-level executive briefs, NDA distributions, and pitch presentation materials for C-suite meetings with pro athletes, music icons, and franchise buyers.

Who You Are:

• The Veteran Elite: You have 20+ years of pure, battle-tested experience supporting CEOs, Commissioners, or Founders within professional sports, major television networks, live entertainment promotions, or major music festivals.
• Local SoCal Footprint: You are based in the Inland Empire, Riverside, Orange County, or LA, giving us the agility to meet locally when executing activations like our West Coast tour footprints.
• Unmatched Operational Polish: You don’t just take notes; you build systems. You understand the discretion required when handling high-profile athletes, celebrity influencers, and institutional capital.
