Job Description
I’m working with one of the most exciting high-growth companies in AI to hire a Product Marketer.
The profile is pretty specific:
Excellent B2B PMM foundation + technical product exposure + high-growth startup experience + clear individual launch ownership.
They’re looking for someone who learned Product Marketing properly - positioning, messaging, launches, GTM - but has also proved they can take those fundamentals into a fast-moving startup where there’s less structure, more ambiguity and a much higher expectation of individual ownership.
The role
This company ships fast. Meaningful product developments can happen every week.
You’ll own the process of identifying what matters, finding the customer story and turning it into something the market understands.
That means personally driving:
- Positioning and messaging
- Product and feature launches
- Web and landing page copy
- Customer communications
- Sales and Customer Success enablement
- Launch assets across Growth and Field
The profile
We’re particularly interested in Product Marketers who have:
A strong B2B PMM foundation.
You’ve learned the fundamentals of excellent Product Marketing in an environment with a high bar for the craft.
Technical product exposure.
You’re comfortable getting close to a complex product, asking technical questions and turning what you learn into a simple, compelling customer story.
High-growth startup experience.
You’ve proved you can operate without layers of infrastructure around you. You’re comfortable with speed, ambiguity and changing priorities.
Individual launch ownership.
You’ve personally taken meaningful products or features to market end-to-end rather than simply contributing one part of a much larger launch.
One unusual part of the role
There isn’t a traditional Product Management structure sitting between you and the people building the product.
You’ll work directly with Engineering .
Engineers frequently own product initiatives, so you’ll need enough technical curiosity and credibility to become someone they actively want involved.
You don’t need to code.
But you should enjoy getting into the detail, asking good questions and figuring out why something technically interesting is commercially interesting.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, founders and technical teams, with access to Creative and external resources when you need specialist execution.
The opportunity is to become the person who owns how a rapidly evolving AI product gets translated into a compelling market narrative.
There can be flexibility to 3–4 days per week in the office for an exceptional candidate.
If you’ve got the B2B PMM fundamentals, technical product experience, startup scars and launches you can genuinely call your own , I’d love to hear from you.
