Assistant Packaging Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Packaging Designer to support the development of innovative packaging solutions across multiple product categories. This role will assist in executing packaging concepts, preparing production-ready artwork, and ensuring brand consistency across all packaging materials.

The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in the design and development of packaging concepts for product lines.

· Create and revise packaging layouts, dyelines, and production files.

· Support the preparation of presentation materials, mockups, and packaging comps.

· Ensure all packaging artwork aligns with brand standards, product requirements, and retailer guidelines.

· Review proofs and production samples for accuracy, color consistency, and quality.

· Maintain organized packaging files, specifications, and artwork archives.

· Assist with packaging updates, copy revisions, and regulatory labeling requirements.

· Communicate with vendors and printers regarding artwork specifications and production timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, preferred.

· 1–3 years of packaging design or graphic design experience.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop.

· Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, folding methods and dyelines.

· Excellent typography, layout, and color skills.

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to manage multiple changes and adapt as needed

In office Monday - Thursday and Friday - work from home*

Salary Range: $55k - $65k

Start Date is as soon as possible.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
