Job Description:

We are hiring for the International Voice and Chat Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls, chat and other electronic communications

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to convert inbound calls into sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable products/services
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Job Details:

• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)

Experience:

• 0-3 years.

Age Criteria:

• 18 years to 35 years.

Salary:

Voice Salary : 19,000 to 27,000 (take-home after deductions)

Chat Salary : 15k(take-home after deductions)
