Job Description
Treasure AI:
Treasure AI is the agentic experience platform built to acquire, retain, and grow your most valuable customers. Powered by AI, Treasure AI is shaped by human creativity and always-on through continuous, context-driven action.
Furthermore, Treasure AI employees are enthusiastic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed. We are a team of drivers—self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively jump in to solve problems. Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.
Your Role:
Treasure AI is seeking an exceptional Executive Partner to serve as the operational anchor to the CPO and the Office of the CPO. Operating as a critical partner to the Chief of Staff, this role manages the complex, high-judgment operations that keep the Office of the CPO running at elite velocity — from calendar architecture and travel logistics to executive event planning and stakeholder liaison work.
This is a high-trust, high-visibility position requiring flawless execution, proactive foresight, and unmatched relational skills. The ideal candidate operates with absolute discretion, handles sensitive information with integrity, and builds a world-class executive environment for the CPO’s leadership team, board members, and key partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of product activations and executive events across the fiscal year, translating high-level direction into fully realized programs with minimal oversight
- Build and maintain the CPO’s forward-looking calendar strategy, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders while preserving flexibility for emerging priorities
- Coordinate the marketing event calendar to ensure proper staffing and cross-team alignment
- Partner with Finance to manage budget tracking and reconciliation for the Office of the CPO, surfacing recommendations to optimize spend across upcoming programs
- Shape agendas and content for leadership and GTM meetings, applying product fluency to frame narratives rather than simply compiling materials
- Align cross-functional and customer-facing stakeholders ahead of key meetings and events, ensuring the right decision-makers are engaged on both sides
- Drive follow-through on commitments from leadership meetings, partnering directly with stakeholders to ensure accountability
- Serve as a primary point of contact for board members, investors, and VIP guests engaging with the Office of the CPO
- Leverage AI tools to streamline briefing prep, budget tracking, and event logistics
- Oversee core calendar, travel, and expense administration in support of the above
Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of executive administrative support or business operations experience, supporting C-suite executives in a high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology company
- Experience partnering with Finance on budget management, reconciliation, and cost optimization for programs or events
- Working technical and product fluency, with the ability to translate business context into compelling narratives and materials
- Track record of independently owning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs or events from concept through execution
- Comfort using AI tools to augment planning, budgeting, and logistics work
- Superb relational skills and emotional intelligence; ability to interface professionally with board members, high-value clients, and company leaders
- High organization and execution; operates with extreme foresight, predicting administrative needs before they arise
- Absolute discretion and integrity; proven capability to manage highly confidential corporate, legal, and personnel matters
- Prior experience in a hybrid EA/Operations or EA/Chief of Staff support role (preferred)
- Familiarity with modern collaboration, scheduling, and expense management tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Navan/Workday) (preferred)
