Job Description
- Own technical delivery of AI solutions across sprints.
- Break down architecture into implementable user stories and tasks as per INVEST criteria.
- Lead developers, AI engineers, and platform engineers.
- Ensure code quality, security, testing, and deployment standards.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Work closely with BA, PM, and Architect.
- Ensure CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps practices are followed.
- Drive performance optimization and production readiness.
- Support production releases and issue resolution.
