Executive Assistant (ID# 5217)

We are working with various companies in Nassau and Suffolk Counties who are seeking Executive Assistants to support their C-Suite. These positions are both direct hire and temp to hire. Excellent communication skills along with computer skills are a must along with professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the scheduling and multiple calendars of executives within the company.
• Capable of managing day-to-day operations while also focusing on strategic planning.
• Provides administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
• Manages complex calendars and schedules for management
• Handles large call volume and interacts with executive business leaders in a professional manner
• Responds and follows up on client requests
• The ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with empathy and discretion, ensuring smooth interactions.
• Technical expertise in modern tools and software to enhance efficiency and streamline tasks, keeping the client’s operations running seamlessly.
• Anticipate needs and take initiative, addressing issues before they arise to provide top-notch support.
• Confidence and assertiveness to handle tasks and interactions with poise and professionalism.
• Ability to plan strategically, aligning daily tasks with long-term goals for optimal outcomes
• Full engagement and responsiveness to the client’s needs, ensuring all support aspects are covered effectively.
