Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Node.js, and frontend frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads on solution design and implementation.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
• Resolve production issues and continuously improve application performance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on development experience in Python (Flask/FastAPI) and Node.js (NestJS/Express).
• Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI, OpenAI APIs, and basic RAG concepts.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Knowledge of Redis or caching technologies.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Experience in responsive UI design and performance optimization.
